All this week it is 'Mental Health Awareness Week'
The mental health foundation have chosen this years theme as 'kindness'
Do something kind for someone you know this week.
It does make a difference.
You could:
*Draw a picture
*Send a postcard
*Make a card
*Send a video or a photo
*Bake a cake
*Plant some flowers
