Dear parents and carers,
Sorry to bring you this news on a Sunday afternoon, but unfortunately we are having to close the whole of our Early Years Centre due to several positive cases in the setting. We wish those staff a speedy recovery and send our well wishes.
It is extremely important that those staff and children in close contact will now have to isolate at home for 14 days from the last date of contact, which was Wednesday 14th October. This then takes us up to Wednesday 28th October.
So, if your child attended our setting in Baby and Toddler or Pre-School on Wednesday 14th October this will concern you.
Siblings and other members of the household will not need to isolate unless they also develop symptoms.
Unfortunately, the decision has been made to shut the centre, which includes Baby and Toddler and Pre- School for an extended period, until Monday 2nd November.
Mr Rushton will be in touch with you about closure and any updates in due course. If you are worried or concerned at all don't hesitate to contact school.
As a setting we are extremely sorry to bring you this news, but we must do our best to keep everybody as safe as we can.
Next week we will be posting some wonderful activities for all our children to engage with during this time of isolation.
