Here at Wigan Borough Federated Health Care we will be offering the annual Nasal Flu Vaccine later on this year to children aged 2-3 years old. 

We a currently gathering data to enable us to provide these vaccinations in the Wigan area, this might be a visit to nursery or a pop up clinic at a suitable location.

We would appreciate it if you could distribute the link contained within this email to all the parents or guardians of any child within the appropriate age bracket (2-3 Years Old). This link contains a questionnaire to enable us to plan the best way to deliver this year's flu vaccination.

A further consent form will be sent prior to any child receiving the vaccine in a nursery setting and each child will be assessed to confirm the most suitable vaccine when the consent form is returned.
