Weekly Round up14 May 2025 (by Kim Naylor (K.Bolton)) |
This week children have continued to explore the story of 'Somebody Swallowed Stanley'. In our investigation area, they have explored how plastic pollution can impact our seas and the wildlife that live there.
In our creative areas, we have reused bubble wrap to paint scale features on their fishy creations. They have produced some fantastic sea animals from playdough.
Our maths this week has focused on number bonds to 10, knowing these number bonds can really help improve their maths skills.
Lastly, can I remind everyone to make sure their reading books are brought back into school on a Friday for them to be changed. This is important as they will receive a book based on their phonics learning that week.
